Formed in 2016, ACT102 (pronounced A.C.T. ten two) is Toronto’s own J-pop maid idol group! ACT102 stands for Angel’s Crown Toronto, with 102 as an ode to their roots as the dance team for Uncle Tetsu’s first maid cafe. The group’s mission is to bring virtue and happiness to those they meet through their shared love of dancing and performing, and according to their “Angel’s Coronation Oath” they “...promise to spread joy, love, positivity and righteousness, and to guard our kingdom with a gentle yet unwavering hand. And above all, we will cherish the Angel’s Crown eternally and entirely across the boundaries of time." ACT102 currently has 7 active members, 24 graduated members and a sister group in Sydney, Australia.
