Skincare Playbook: A Dermatologist's Flexible Skincare Routines

I get a lot of questions about my skincare routine and products that I use. I adapt my skincare to the condition of my skin, which seems to be a little different every day. I started this series to share what's going on in my head (a scary place) when I'm choosing the products that I use that day.

I haven't found a single beauty brand (K-beauty or other) that makes an amazing everything (moisturizers, cleansers, sun care), so my regimens are usually a mix of different brands. While I use a lot of K-beauty products, I also use a lot of products from Europe and Japan.

I'm starting this series by sharing a skincare routine I use when my skin is sensitive. My skin felt a little irritated after using the VT Reedle 300, so I wanted a chill regimen to calm things down.

Products used (not sponsored and no affiliate links, just for reference):
1) Aestura Ato Barrier 365 Cream Mist
2) Avene Tolerance Control Soothing Skin Cream
3) Biore UV Kids Pure Milk SPF 50 PA+++ Sunscreen
