Goan Beef Rolado | Beef Roulade | Beef Rouladen

Goa authentic recipe. Never seen before on You Tube, this is a Beef Rolado recipe from me, with step by step cooking.

The dish is rolled in a beef steak or in a thin layer of beef, wrapped with vegetables, then pinned with the toothpick or tied with the thread.
I have marinated the beef steak, then stuffed with vegetables.
Serve with gravy or without.
