Drill test of my 1950s or early 60s STH-10 before a complete restoration. for now its a loud vegetable cutter
Just replaced the bearings, still need to be broken in as you can hear of the faster coast than usual,
this is the 3-phase model Y(double wYe for 240) configuration for either 220 or 480V, 10HP with 3400RPMs
motor windings are still good, none are shorted to ground and enamel coating looks fresh, so it tells me the motor is ready for power.
