🟣 Best market for buyers in 5 years as sellers have to get more realistic on pricing which is supporting the number of sales agreed. Discount to asking price for new sales also biggest for 5 years as available supply reaches a 6 year high 🆙

🟣Sellers accepting 5.5% off the asking price to agree sales, an average discount of £18,000 - the largest gap for over five years 🛍️

🟣 Greater realism on pricing is supporting new sales volumes which are 15% higher than a year ago and 5% up on 2019 levels 🆙

🟣 Homes for sale at six year high with 34% more homes on the market compared to a year ago - buyers have much more choice 🆙

🟣 UK house price inflation falls to -1.2%, down from 8.2% a year ago ⬇️
