Meadowall Interchange is not perhaps the most likely of places to watch the trains go by; nevertheless, a pleasant Spring day is an enjoyable setting to see various multiple units from Northern and Transpennine Express interspersed with some high speed passes from CrossCountry services. Besides the freight workings depicted in this film, the undoubted stars are the original 'Sprinter' trains, with four of the original Class 150/0s making an appearance - including pioneer unit 150001.
