Today I was in the woods and practicing on a new laid course! Nice and cosy! Interesting shoots!

Some went well, while others reminded me that good judgment takes practice.

Today I was paying attention to the release and my anchor points. At the and of the day started to be very tired ( dehydrated a bit - rookie mistake ! 💡 )

Apart from that having fun it the woods and #practice again!

Here’s how I approached the session: Pro Tips for Winter Archery Practice Find Your Base Distance Identify a distance you’re very familiar with—such as 20 yards—and use it as your foundation for judging other distances.

1. Don’t Rush Your Shot Take your time to decide where your arrow will land if you over- or under-judge the distance. Visualization is key.

2. Evaluate Your Shot Placement After shooting, check whether your arrow hit the intended spot. Always analyze your results.

3. Check Your Form and Stance If your arrow didn’t land where you wanted, revisit your form and stance. Small adjustments can make a big difference.

4. Practice, Evaluate, Repeat Follow the above steps consistently. Repetition is the foundation of mastery.

Tip 5: Repeat Steps 1- 4.

Pro Tip: Today was especially cold and even if it will be warm -- I highly recommend doing some warming up and sending some arrows down the range
