Sharing the Different types of cleanser and the correct way to use them according to skin concerns.

A- Introduction - Sec (0.00- 0:40 )

B- SEC (0:40- 0:52 ) choose the cleansers which are =
1. Sulphate free
2. Paraben free
3. Non- comedogenic (means they won't clog your pores )
4. Mineral oil free
5. Fragrence free

C. SEC ( 0:52- 1:15 ) Cleanser for skintype=
Dry skin / normal skin - Cream based
oily skin/ combination skin/ acne prone skin- gel or water based cleansers

D. SEC (1:15- 3:20 ) Cleanser or toners for acne (pimples )based=
1. salicylic acid - Helps to reduce sebum, absorb excess oil, reduce whiteheads, blackheads, unclog the pores.
2. benzoyl peroxide - helps to reduce severe acne, prevent from getting further breakouts, remove the bacteria causing acne.

E. sec (3:20- 4:08 ) Ice facial water=
1. use ice facial water in the morning for 5 min to reduce stress, tighten the pores, for glowing skin, for reducing inflammation, reduce redness, uneven skintexture

F. sec (4:08- 5:40 ) Double Cleansing Method=
1. firstly, use oil based or balm based or micellar water type cleansers to remove makeup, dust, dirt, impurities, skincare products from face properly with the help of cotton pads.
2. secondly, use any mild or gentle water based cleanser according to your skintype to protect the skin barrier.
3. And then rinse it off with cold water and wipe your face with towel paper.
