Cut a hole in a balloon. Stretch the hole on the mouth of a plastic cut bottle 10-cm high. Fix a card reel in the mouth of the balloon. On blowing through the reel the bugle will make a trumpet like sound. This work was supported by IUCAA and Tata Trust.
