Video shows probably the easiest version of a game but there is a very difficult part in stage 4 where green karateka has 3HP , in non-japanese versions he has 2HP.
I had problems to confirm what difficulty is the hardest (errors in mame dip switches are very common) but thankfully I noticed that big guy carrying a log in last stage kills you in one hit only on TBL3 difficulty.

Played at 100% speed , no cheats , no tools , no autofire , no savestates.

How hard it was for me to do ? 8.5/10
There are 4 guaranteed 1ups so it is not too bad but generally speaking: very hard game.
