This is a video I've had in VHS cassette format since the mid 1990s. It was made in 1993 or 1994 or thereabouts, and offered through the national federation in the United States. I've finally gotten around to making an mp4 copy and putting it up here on the Internet.

The stars of the video are several of the top U.S. racers of that era: Jana Freeburn and Dana Chladek demonstrate drills for K1, while Davey Hearn shows us some C1 drills.
