Meghan Markle has received a public acknowledgment of her victory in a privacy and copyright infringement lawsuit against a British tabloid publisher. On Dec. 26, Associated Newspapers followed court orders to issue a mea culpa to the Duchess of Sussex in print and online, following a ruling that determined the company violated her privacy when the Mail on Sunday shared portions of a private letter she wrote to her estranged father in 2018.
