She didn't speak a word. At 2 years of age, F (let's keep her name private) was diagnosed with "Speech Delay". The parents sent her to a hospital clinic. She would cry so loud, refusing to work with the therapists there.

Things seemed hopeless.

Seeing that it wasn't working. The mother contacted us. Because our center had a waiting list... We could only offer online coaching for the mother.

F's parents jumped at this opportunity. Because they saw a video about Tinur (in a previous progress video we made). The mom wondered if she could do the same. Spoilers: She did!

It took us 11 weeks to teach F basic verbal imitation. From there we had to build her vocabulary 1 word at a time. By that time, the pandemic was in full swing and no center was open.

It was a blessing in disguise that the mother had decided to teach F herself. Because if they were reliant on a therapy center, F's progress would have stopped.

Fast forward to today (27 Jul 2021, as of writing this). F can speak in 2-3 word sentences and can answer questions! Have we caught up yet? No, but we're inching forward and crushing every goal.
