► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 12 Standing Core Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Exercise x2 Sets (back-to-back, then move on to the next exercise)

2) Lunge + Dumbbell Press Out + Knee Drive + Overhead Press - RIGHT
