New Year Rice Cake/Golden Cake_Ingredients:
Cane Sugar - 300g
Water/Hot Water - 400g
Glutinous Rice Flour - 300g
Wheat Starch - 75g
Oil - 10g/1tbs

1. (in the pot) pour in Cane Sugar 300g + Water/Hot Water 400g
(Cane Sugar can be chopped up a little and then poured into the pot to melt it quickly.)
(Hot water can quickly melt sugar.)
2. melt the cane sugar on low heat
3. pour it out + let cool to room temperature and set aside
4. Glutinous Rice Flour 300g + Wheat Starch 75g = stir well
5. add the sugar water to stir well
6. add Oil 10g/1 tablespoon to stir well
7. let the powder slurry rest for 15mins
8. stir it again
9. prepare a container + pour in some oil to apply to prevent sticking
10. (use a sieve) pour in powder slurry
11. shake a few times to release the air bubbles in the powder slurry
12. cover tightly with plastic wrap
13. prepare a pot + bring the water to a boil on high heat
14. put the container in the pot + steam for 1 hour on med heat
(If there is no water in the pot during steaming, you must add cooked hot water.)
15. remove the plastic wrap and let cool for 2-3 hours
(If you eat it directly, you can let it cool for 2-3 hours.)
(If you want to fry it, you can let it cool for 2-3 hours/eat it after one night.)
16. demould + cut into pieces (apply oil to the knife to prevent it from sticking)

The part that continues to fry:
17. slice the rice cake again
18. prepare a pan + pour in some oil on low heat
19. put in rice cake slice
20. flip and fry when the bottom starts to lightly burnt
21. fry until both sides are golden brown + turn off the heat and serve

年糕/金糕_材料:
蔗糖 300克
清水/热水 400克
糯米粉 300克
澄面粉 75克
油 10克/1汤匙

1. (锅中) 倒入蔗糖300克 + 清水/热水400克
(蔗糖可以切碎一点再倒入锅中可以快速的融化)
(热水可以快速的融化糖)
2. 开小火融化蔗糖
3. 倒出来放凉至室温备用
4. 糯米粉300克 + 澄面粉75克 = 搅拌均匀
5. 加入糖水搅拌均匀
6. 加入油10克/1汤匙搅拌均匀
7. 让粉浆休息15分钟
8. 再次搅拌一下
9. 准备一个容器 + 倒入适量的油涂一下防粘
10. (用筛网) 倒入粉浆
11. 震荡几下让粉浆里的气泡出来
12. 用保鲜纸紧紧的盖上
13. 准备一个锅开大火水烧开
14. 将容器放入锅中开中火蒸1个小时
(如果蒸的期间 锅中没水必须要添加熟的热水)
15. 脱掉保鲜纸放凉2-3个小时
(如果直接吃可以放凉到2-3个小时便好)
(如果要煎吃可以放凉到2-3个小时/一个晚上后再吃都可以)
16. 脱模 + 切块即可 (在刀上涂一下油防粘)

继续煎的部分:
17. 将年糕再次切片
18. 准备一个平底锅 + 倒入适量的油开小火
19. 放入年糕片
20. 底部开始微焦时翻面煎
21. 煎到两面都是金黄色即可关火上碟
