Soft, chewy and very delicious Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies. They have nutty flavour, crisp edges and chewy centre. You’ll definitely love them!

Ingredients:
100g unsalted butter, melted
80g granulated sugar
60g brown sugar
130g smooth peanut butter
1 large egg, room temperature
135g rolled oats
90g all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 12-15 min. Cool on the tray for 5 min, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
