To me, defense has a few factors: (1) physical factors, (2) skill, and (3) mindset are the main ones for me. Without any of these it's tough to become an elite, lockdown defender. We're attacking mainly number one, and a bit of number two (movement skills and anticipation) in this workout! Feel free to steal any of the exercises, or go through the entire workout!
