KSL Hot Spring Resort + Aeon Tebrau City for the one day staycation

We booked the Deluxe King Resort room from the KSL Hot Spring Resort. Located quite out of the way, there is only a petrol kiosk located at the side of the hotel, where you can purchase drinks and minimal tidbits.

The carparking was simple, an underground carpark with abundant quantity of lots. The check-in was smooth, and to note is that the hot spring opens at 8am to 9pm daily. The attire for the hot spring is swimwear, or naked. But you should have guessed that the naked culture is not in our region. So do wear your swimwear there.

The breakfast is located at level 5, just beside the swimming pool. (The swimming pool is shared by residents and hotel go-ers), and if you did not booked with breakfast, the buffet breakfast actually costs 27rm. We will suggest that you actually take the breakfast, as nearby had no food joints.

The hot-spring was pretty disappointing. The spring water was not hot, and the entire hot spring experience feels like an indoor swimming pool. And notably, the hot spring albeit only for 16+, kids can still go in if the care-takers weren't around.

Aeon Tebrau City is located about 6km from the hotel, and we were surprised that Aeon had opened a new wing. We had a quick lunch at the japanese town, and then spent the rest of our time at the TESCO for groceries shopping.
