French President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist alliance and the left-wing New Popular Front are weighing whether to pull candidates from the second round of the legislative election on Sunday to keep Marine Le Pen's National Rally out of power. The far right party dominated the first round of voting. In the UK, opposition leader Keir Starmer speaks to Bloomberg ahead of this week's election. Starmer says Labour's focus on growth means the party isn't planning to raise taxes on banks.
