Harley Davidson Maintenance - Lesson 1 'The Service'

In this SPECIAL the Flogs once again head down to Geelong Harley Davidson to meet up with everyone's favourite 'Mechanic' Col to see what is actually involved in a 'Regular Maintenance Service.'

Whitey puts his 2012 Harley Fatboy up on the lift and has to explain why it hasn't seen the inside of a service department for way too long.

In his inimitable way Col walks us all the way through a full service. He describes what a professional looks for and we discuss why it is a smart move for most people to pay a professional, at least occasionally, to service their motorcycle.
(Yes, we know YOU are a Master Mechanic, but not everyone is, so don't bother criticizing anyone who does utilise their dealer thanks!)

Although this is performed on a Harley Davidson Fatboy the procedure is similar on all bikes, no matter what brand.
