Ultimate Fall Cocktail - Whiskey, Pear & Buckwheat!

Irish Whiskey, Clarified Pear Juice and Buckwheat Tea come together in today’s episode to make a perfect Highball cocktail for the Fall: the HighFall! Although the Highball doesn’t get easier than a mix of whiskey, soda and lemon zest, today I will be showing you how to elevate it to celebrate the harvesting season, using local Williams pears (harvested by my mom) and a mixture of two wonderful Irish Whiskeys - Green Spot and the peaty Connemara.
