Kim Addonizio is the author of a dozen books of poetry, fiction, and nonfiction, most recently Bukowski in a Sundress: Confessions from a Writing Life (Penguin) and the poetry collection Mortal Trash (W.W. Norton). Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Poetry, The Sun, and numerous literary journals and anthologies. She has received fellowships from the NEA and Guggenheim Foundations, two Pushcart Prizes, and other honors. She offers poetry workshops privately in Oakland and online.
