I’m David Mongielo , my family has owned property in Warsaw for over 60 years. It disturbs me to hear of the on going corruption in the county and now that three seniors are forced to move out of a perfectly fine adult care home that they love it infuriates me to no end one gentleman served in the army in 1946 . One idea is we need to contact the Citizens who are currently sitting on the grand jury. Primarily so they can investigate why the county district attorney is obstructing justice by stopping a letter from getting to the grand jury foreman and so they investigate why the seniors are being evicted by a government entity from a beautiful home. The law is clear the grand jury belongs to the people not to the government , the grand jury can actually fire, their own prosecuting, attorney and get one they trust. history has shown the Grand jury can write reports ordering the government what to do , to protect the people.
