Ronnie Coleman, 8 X Mr Olympia, demonstrates the Lat Pulldown (Behind the Neck), a great variation to help hit the traps and rhomboids. Remember not to rest at the top of the movement. Aim for 3 sets of 15, 12 and 10 reps, making sure you increase the weight with each set.

Coleman has won himself the title of Mr Olympia 8 times as well as multiple other competitions. All of these victories has turned his name into one of the most legendary in bodybuilding.
