I'm not brave... not at all... and it's relief
In the shadows, I heed the coward's call
I've left everyone behind, my heart so small
They can't be helped, in oblivion they fall

Let their deaths weigh heavy in my hands

A disgusting bastard, yet I'm alive
My actions, despicable, they're how I've thrived
In this twisted existence, I've contrived

In the mirror, the reflection of a man,
Who chose life, with a survival plan.
A backstabber, living because he ran,
Breathing still, though he's less than he began.

I'm not brave at all, this truth I live
