The penultimate-ever Forza Horizon 4 Festival Playlist started this week, with The Trial being 'A Good Old Sport'.

As it was to win the 2019 BMW Z4 Roadster, after checking the cars that were eligible (retro sports cars in A-Class), I downloaded a tune for the 2002 BMW Z3 M Coupe, without noticing that it was RWD.

On the car selection screen, I noticed that in fact another BMW qualifies to this class once upgraded, the 1995 BMW 850CSi, but I had this - what I thought was AWD. Only to discover - after a three minute wait on the pre-start screen for race 1 - that it actually wasn't.

But these were pretty short races (including the Horizon Festival Sprint which I think is the shortest in FH4 or FH5 - other than the Stadium Oval), so after three uneventful races with the Z3, why not try out the 850CSi too? Only to find after getting into the lead in that first race, that the car was less grippy than the previous one. Still some very fun - and very combative - races anyway.
