Tiruchirappalli International Airport is an international airport serving Tiruchirappalli in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is the second-busiest airport in the state in terms of passengers served after Chennai, and the second-busiest airport in the state in terms of international connectivity, after Chennai.

The building has an area of 75,000 m2 (810,000 sq ft), with capacity to handle 4.5 million passengers per year and peak-hour handling capacity of 3,480 passengers. It has been constructed as per Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) four-star rating standards was constructed at a cost of ₹11.12 billion (US$130 million)
