面团 dough : 300g x 24p
Pan 模具 Loyang 5cm x 3cm



🍀Ingredients 材料 bahan :
➷ 200g rice flour ➷ 200克 粘米粉 ➷ 200g tepung beras
(You can steam it for 15 minutes in advance)
(可以提前蒸15分钟)
(sebelumnya boleh dikukus dlu 15 menit)

➷140g hot water ➷ 140g 热水 ➷140g air panas

➷ 2g pandan paste ➷ 2克班兰酱 ➷ 2g pasta pandan

➷ 0.5g salt ➷0.5克盐 ➷ 0.5g garam




🍀 Stuffing 馅料 Isian :
➷ 200g Brown sugar ➷ 200克 红糖 ➷ 200g gula merah





🍀topping 配料 taburan :

➷ 100gr grated coconut + 1 pandan leaf 1/2 tsp salt (steam for 10 minutes) 1 tbsp granulated sugar (to taste)

➷ 100克椰丝 + 1片香兰叶 1/2茶匙盐(蒸10分钟)
1 汤匙 砂糖(根据口味)

➷ 100g kelapa parut + 1 lmbr daun pandan+ 1/2 sdt garam (kukus 10 menit)
1 sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera)




🔥Steam on medium heat for 20 minutes
中火蒸20分钟
kukus api sedang 20menit
