1. To arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
2. To follow buyer quality requirement in winding, knitting, linking and finishing.
3. GPQ have to follow buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time to the buyer.
4. To especially check all quality points in every department.
5. To do section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
6. To deliver any quality controlling message of the buyer end to the related section.
7. To ensure product quality before the buyer final quality inspection.
8. To arrange final inspection with all requirements of the buyer.
9. GPQ have to ensure everything of the QC file and sample in bulk production.
10. GPQ have to take sample approval from buying house.
11. To work with the buyer in QC at the time of the final inspection.
12. To contact with buyer QC about any quality issue.
13. GPQ have to implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
14. GPQ work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.
