March is the month in which I created https://www.acrista.com 20+ years ago, so this video is a celebration of every little step along the way.

My world is beautiful and exquisite, and I welcome you to step into it.
I am deeply moved by the tender femininity and the universal beauty of the female figure, and I am constantly looking to express its ethereal and poetical essence. I don't paint portraits. I paint emotions, that have a face.

When I create, two things are most important to me: finding the feeling, that I want to embed in the canvas, and telling the story of it. What makes my art special is I weave those little pieces of my heart in the painting, and even when the creative process is done, the deep connection that I've built with the painting is there for you to explore and enjoy.

I have no claim on the seriousness that often accompanies art. My only desire is for the process to be joyful, a true self discovery, full of elan, meaning, growth and satisfaction.

I am happy that I live in great times to be a female artist. Creating beauty is my passion, my inspiration and my vocation in life. And I’d love to share it with you.
