1. Can you update bios without monitor?
YES! In fact even without cpu, gpu or ram installed you still can if you have the latest motherboard since it's becoming common for motherboards nowadays with physical "FLASH BIOS BUTTON" Check your motherboard manual for more info.
No, if you got the old motherboards but like i said in the video bring it to a local shop they will know what to do. that's why i don't suggest beginners updating their bios on their own
