構造的には3/8 72ギアと同じなんですが
より精度の良さを感じます
強度を出すために
大変苦労なさったと聞いています
多ギア化するにあたって
強度を出すために
いくつか選択肢があったと思います

頭を大きくするか厚くする
多くのメーカさんが多ギアにする際に
頭を大きくすることで
ギアの直径を大きくしたり
厚みを厚くして
ギアの接触面積を増やすことで
強度を増します

コーケンさんは

「頭の大きさや厚さは変えずに」
「多ギアで強度を出したい」
試行錯誤の末・・「精度を上げる」に
たどり着いたんだと想像しています
精度を上げる事で
より密着度が上がり
頭の大きさそのままで
強度を増すことに
成功したのだと思います
結果として
よりなめらかでより静か
ギアはしっかり噛み合い確実
Z-EAL(ジール)のシステム的な良さもあって
遊びの少ない、快適な使い心地

Z-EAL(ジール)のジョイントは
特殊な形状のディンプルを採用していて
遊びが非常に少なく快適です
スタンダードモデルや他社製品との
組み合わせでも
手持ちのすべての製品で試してみた範囲では
問題なく使えました
(一部の製品でロックがかからいような事があるみたいですが
どちらかといえばロック機構側に相性がある印象です)
ジール同士のフィット感は最高です
ジールはジールで揃えるのがベストだと思います

工具選びで迷っているのなら
ジールで揃える事を
選択肢に入れてみるのも良いかもしれません

ジールにはウォブルがないのですが
スタンダードシリーズのウォブルが優秀です
ウォブルとしては大きめなボールの採用と
比較的長めの構造で
角度が取りやすいです
奥まで差し込めば
しっかり固定できることもあって
常用的に使ってたりします

ジールにウォブルがない理由を考えてみる
1/4ジール14㎜にウォブル装着
奥まで差し込むと出っ張ります
ギリギリスタンダードなボルトの
クリアランスは確保されていますが
薄いソケット用のウォブルって難しいのかな？
っとか想像しています
個人的にはギリギリまで攻めた設計が
たまらなく好みです
実際に使って見ると
ボルトに関してはほぼ問題なし
ナットに関しては・・・
ほぼディープに持ち替えることに～（笑）～
「こいつじゃだめ」なことも有るのですが
「こいつじゃなきゃだめ」なことが有る
何度も助けられた良き相棒です
８㎜は奥まで入らない～（笑）～
でも問題なく使えます～～

Z-EAL 2725Z-160(G72) 1/4"SQの注意点として
裏蓋を止めているネジ(トルクスプラス６ip)が
新品時でも
ゆるかったり硬かったり
している製品が有るようです
このネジは締めすぎると、回らないし
切り替えもできなくなります
程よい硬さで締める必要があるのですが
72ギアになってよりシビアになりました
ネジロックで固定するなど
必要かなと思っています
