Marivan & Hawraman, Kurdistan, Iran

This weekend we went from Sanandaj to Marivan and Hawriman by car. Both cities are in the Kurdistan regian, and remarkable places to visit. Marivan is located in 125 km northwest of Sanandaj, in vicinity to Iran-Iraq border at the height of 1320 meters above the sea level. Avroman or Hawraman, is a mountainous region located within the provinces of Kurdistan and Kermanshah in western Iran and in north-eastern Kurdistan Region in Iraq.
