เปอร์สเปกทิฟ วันเดอร์วีเมน คืนวันอาทิตย์นี้ พบกับ “แอ๊ว-ศุภลักษณ์ อัมพุช” ประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท เดอะมอลล์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด ผู้หญิงแถวหน้าในวงการธุรกิจศูนย์การค้าผู้ที่ทำให้ “เดอะมอลล์” ประสบความสำเร็จ ในยุคที่มีห้างสรรพสินค้ามากมาย ปัจจุบันเป็นผู้บริหารห้างสรรพสินค้าระดับ World Class อย่าง เอ็มโพเรียม (The Emporium) และ เอ็มควอเทียร์ (The Emquartier) และอีกหลายโปรเจ็กต์ที่กำลังจะเปิดตัวในอนาคต โดย “แอ๊ว-ศุภลักษณ์” เล่าว่า “ตอนเด็กๆ คุณพ่อให้ความสำคัญกับการเรียน ก่อนไปเรียนต่อเมืองนอก ไปฝึกงานเป็นผู้แทนการขาย บริษัท แอตแลนติก สามารถทำยอดขายทะลุเป้า กลับมาจากเรียนอเมริกา ก็ช่วยพ่อแม่ทำห้าง ควบคู่กับการเป็นอาจารย์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพราะอยากมีเครดิตที่น่าเชื่อถือ แต่อาชีพที่เราชอบจริงๆ คือ การเป็นดีไซเนอร์ สถาปนิก หรือไม่ก็ศิลปิน แต่ด้วยธุรกิจของครอบครัว เราก็ต้องมาบริหารงาน ในช่วงแรกที่ทำห้าง ดูแลเรื่องสินค้า การตลาด งานโฆษณา ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายการค้า...” แต่เบื้องหลังการทำห้างสรรพสินค้านั้น แท้จริงแล้ว เธอไม่ได้เรียนเกี่ยวกับการบริหารมาโดยตรง แต่เรียนจบด้านเภสัชกร เกียรตินิยมอันดับ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล แต่ต้องมาช่วยธุรกิจครอบครัวทำห้างสรรพสินค้า ในวัยเพียง 22 ปี เท่านั้น แต่อะไรที่ทำให้ บริษัท เดอะมอลล์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด ภายใต้การทำงานของเธอ ก้าวสู่ผู้นำด้านศูนย์การค้าได้ ดูเต็มๆใน รายการเปอร์สเปกทิฟ คืนวันอาทิตย์ ที่ 2 และ 9 กรกฎาคม 2560 เวลา 21.40 น. ทางช่อง 9 MCOT HD

This week on Perspective Wonder Women series meet “Aew Supaluck Umpujh.” The chairwoman of The Mall Group. The leader of retail business. In the competitive era, she had led multiple malls under the name The Mall to success. Currently she runs a number of world class malls; The Emporium and The Emquartier, and a few other projects in the works. Khun Aew shares with us how much her family values education. Before she went to study abroad, Khun Aew interned at Atlantic company as a salesperson and exceeded their sales goal. As soon as she came back from the U.S., she helped her parents manage their family retail business as well as working as a professor at Mahidol University. Her true passion lies in fashion design, architect, and art. But as her family business is in retail, she started her career in retail management. At the beginning she was in charge of merchandising, marketing, and advertising as a Retail Manager. She did not have a background in retail. With a bachelor and a master degree in Pharmacy, she wound up in retail since the age of 22. Find out how she took The Mall Group, under her management, to the number one spot in retail business.
