Damon's Redemption | Round 6: Monaco Grand Prix Race | F1 World Grand Prix (Dreamcast)

In 1996, during his championship winning season, Damon Hill was uncermonously sacked by Williams and almost left without a drive for 1997. With limited options, we had a reigning World Champion lapping the circuit with a backmarker as Damon accepted a one year deal with Arrows.

In 1998, Damon now finds himself in a competitive midfielder in the form of Jordan Grand Prix, and is looking to show that he still has what it takes to be a force in F1, just a couple of years removed from being top of the pile. In this series, we will be taking control of the '96 champion as he takes on the field looking for redemption.

We have had our third DNS in five races at the Spanish Grand Prix around the Catalunya circuit, however we can take some heart in the fact that we have qualified in the next race immediately after missing the 107% rule. So we head to Monaco hopeful of at least being on the starting grid, and hopefully put in another good performance to boot! Will it be more Australia than Imola? Will be even be racing?
