WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
SALT - 1/8 TSP OR A PINCH
CINNAMON POWDER - 1/2 TSP
MILK - 1/4 CUP
APPLE SLICES
Cinnamon Sugar:
CASTOR SUGAR - 2 TBSP
CINAMMON POWDER - 1/4 TSP
Garnishing (optional ):
CARAMEL SYRUP
