발효시간이 길지 않고, 쉽게 홈베이킹을 할 수 있답니다
마늘과 연유, 옥수수의 조합이 아주 좋아요 ~

Let's make a garlicky corn bread using Hotteok premix!


Ingredient: 1 pack Hotteok premix, 4g Instant dry yeast, 180ml water, 10g unsalted butter(for dough), little bit of flour and parsley powder, 1 canned sweet corn(192g), 3tsp minced garlic, 1/3 cup concentrated milk, 1/2tsp salt, 20g unsalted butter(for filling)


1. Put the dry yeast in a bowl and mix it with lukewarm water.
2. Combine Hotteok premix and yeast water in a large bowl and knead.
3. Sprinkle a bit of flour onto the counter, knead the premixed dough.
4. Add the unsalted butter in the lump dough and knead until its surface becomes smooth.
5. Ferment the dough for 20 mins in room temperature.
6. Once fermentation is done, remove gas using your hands and divide the dough into 2 lumps.
7. Roll dough into a large shape. Fill up the middle of the dough with corn filling and fold and seal it.
8. Cut off the mold-in dough and make into twisted bread like shape.
9. Remain for 5 mins and finish by baking 25 mins in the oven.


(How to make filling)
1. Mince garlics and drain the juice of sweetcorn using a colander.
2. Complete by mixing minced garlic, corn, salt, concentrated milk, parsley, and butter together
