Bihar CM Nitish Kumar had an awkward moment during Dussehra celebration on October 12. Nitish Kumar and Dy CM Samrat Choudhary were attending the Dussehra Celebration at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. The Bihar CM was seen throwing his arrow while trying to shoot at Ravan to mark the victory of good over evil.
