Waise toh i loveee experimenting in my DIYs but ye wala thodaaaa tricky tha 🤪

Here are all the details for this Thela Storage Desk -

➡️ Sabse pehle I replaced the big wheels with smaller ones so that you get enough space btw top and bottom rim jaha aap storage de sako.

➡️ Now generally these carts don’t have a finished look so I had to cover the top portion with a 20 mm MDF board (directly used nails to fix them).

➡️ For storage, I made cubicles with a thin plywood aur dono ko attach kiya with screws (one in front and one at the back) I knew I was gonna have bamboo baskets in them so i’d say ki aap baskets ke measurements se 0.5-1 inch extra space rakhna.

➡️ Next everything had to painted WHITE 🖌️ So pehle iron structure pe red oxide primer lagaya and then painted everything (including the plywood) with PU Enamel Paints.

➡️ Once dried properly (about 24-36 hrs later) table top pe wooden wallpaper lagaya and for that real rustic feel I chose a wallpaper with grooving textures.

➡️ Lastly made few alphabets for labelling using resin & silicon mould and bamboo baskets pe laga ke storage cubicles me slide in kar diye. That’s how our thela turned storage desk was ready 🥳
