Fix - Bluetooth Icon Not Showing In Windows 11

In this video, let's take a look at the solution to fix the issue of the Bluetooth icon not showing on the hidden icons panel or notification area in Windows 11. We'll look at a few troubleshooting options you have, to try and remedy this problem.

You can try the following and the subsequent fixes if the previous ones in the list don't work.

1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on - toggle it on if it is off.

2. Check the 'Show Bluetooth icon in the notification area' option. Go to the Start button and select 'settings'.
Select 'Bluetooth and Devices' and then click on 'view more devices'.
Scroll down to 'Related Settings' and select 'More Bluetooth Settings'.
On the dialog box that appears, check this option and confirm. The icon should now appear in the notifications panel.

3. Make sure Bluetooth Support Services is on Manual and service status is running - go to the start menu, search for services and find this service from the list. Ensure it's on manual, if it wasn't. Start the services status if it was stopped.
You can also restart the service by stopping it, then starting it back up.

4. Ensure the Bluetooth hardware is installed on your computer - check for this under the Device Manager of your computer. If the hardware is not installed, then you can use a plug-n-play USB Bluetooth dongle to add the hardware to the computer. Find the link for the adapter below.

5. Update Bluetooth Drivers under device manager.
