Sintering Process for Neodymium Magnets

Описание к видео Sintering Process for Neodymium Magnets

Neodymium magnets are made using a process called sintering. Sintering is a process of compacting and forming a solid mass of material by heat or pressure without melting it to the point of liquefaction. The pressed powder is sintered in a furnace at a temperature of around 1100°C. This causes the powder particles to bond together and form a solid mass. Our sintering process have US Patent (US 7,377,985 B2), which makes our products have better performance.
