Breville Dual Boiler | Hissing Probe Fix

Steam coming from the centre of a probe on my BES920.

*Note, if you're hissing is coming from the outer ring of the probe, this is not the correct fix. You need a new blue O-ring as seen at 4:20.

Here's the fix:

O rings I bought: uxcell Silicone O-Rings, 5mm OD 2mm ID 1.5mm Width VMQ Seal Gasket for Compressor Valves Pipe Repair*

*Note: @turbotrana made the following helpful comment below which may be a better option!
"I am pretty sure OEM is 2.5mm ID 4.5mm OD and 1mm C/S food grade silicon. You put in the 1.5mm cross section which is a tight fit and may last forever but the 2.5mm x 1mm will slip in easier. I got a feeling that it may be designed to leak under certain conditions so OEM size might be important."
