Jan Howard was the first person to record the country classic song "Pick Me Up On Your Way Down", as she made the demo record. The song became a No. 2 hit for Charlie Walker in 1958. Versions by Carl Smith (1970) and Bobby G. Rice (1976) also charted on Billboard's country singles chart. Here Jan performs the song as a tribute to Charlie Walker on an edition of Country's Family Reunion.
