Dagoth Ur Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind Cities Tier List

Dagoth Ur is back with a city tier list for the major Elder Scrolls games, Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim. It only includes Major Morrowind cities, but the rest of Oblivion and Skyrim cities, including Raven Rock. Dagoth Ur likes some cities, and dislikes some others.
Dagoth Ur goes over each Skyrim city: Winterhold, Windhelm, Markarth, Riften, Morthal, and others. He is not fond of Nords at all, and he doesn't like Skyrim. However, he has an opinion about each city, and he gives them to you in this video. In this meme, he breaks the fourth wall a lot, so be ready. He is especially not fond of Markarth, and Windhelm for mistreating the Dunmer, and Riften because of the Blackbriars.
