Olaplex is a one of its kind bonding treat that seeks to rebuild the hair strand instead of repairing it like everything else on the market(protein treatments). Unfortunately the parent company, a private equity firm named Advent International, has ties to "isn't real" and by ties I mean also owns technology used in eff-th!rty5 jets that you know what, you know where. Even besides that it seems this firm goes waaaay back with that imaginary place and i want nooooo parts. That being said I will not be purchasing any more olaplex and with the integrity of my hair in mind I will also not be lightening any time again in the near future. What I have left from this video is enough to ensure the health of what's done and I've already altered my routine to include protein each wash day as upkeep. I plan to keep playing around with colors but i fear there will be no root touch ups and im ngl that is such a freaking relief plspls i hate doing my hair as much as i love it okok toodles if anyone wants links i have citations for all my paraphrasing above
