Recipe:

1 packet of L. Reuteri starter
2 tablespoons of inulin
1 quart half and half

Add the L. Reuteri packet, the inulin, and 2 tablespoons of half and half. Whisk it up to make a paste, then add in the remaining half n half.

Pour into your containers and place in the yogurt machine. Fill with water until it comes up to the level of the yogurt. Out the lid on and set it at 99*F for 36 hours. Once completed, put in the fridge for a few hours to chill. Enjoy half a cup a day.
