For many years, we asked ourselves these big questions:

Why change is so hard for so many people?
Why do employees know that change is a part of life that will never change but not being able to coop with that despite all trainings?
What is the missing piece that can help people to build the muscle not only to live well with change but also to lead change?
How can we find the secrets that could help?
Where can we add values to the decades of works on change management that is new and unique with our own research?

The global pandemic hit and that inspired us deeply to go on with our research that has coming to year 5th now with over 1200 expert interviews in 94 countries, across 5 continents. The more we dived into deeper conversations with leaders and amazing thought-leaders around the world, the more we see the power of NEWNESS, the framework that can help you and I enjoy the beauty of life and work despite all changes because we are already ready for it. This journey gave birth to Rewire Thinking Lab and helloNEWNESS, both dedicated to helping individuals and organizations move through change with clarity, vitality, and newness.

In less than a week, we are celebrating the Vietnamese Women's Day and Vivian (Hang Phung) Tran and I wanted to show you the power of NEWNESS in action and we are inviting you to watch this video as part of our #challengeyourattention which has been on to its 222nd day.

In this video, you will see one part of a project we just created 3 DAYS AGO in how we can celebrate something (anything) with impact with quick collaborations across many countries in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, and Africa. GLOBAL IMPACT! If we could do it, we believe YOU could do it as well.
