Grade - Blue, These are the trails to try first if your a beginner to get a taste of what to expect when you venture out into the Slieve Bloom trail network. Also great for a family day out.
The trail head actually starts in the village and you are advised to park there but I've been here over the winter on some particularly dark days with poor visibility and most mountain bikers don't have lights which makes this road part particularly dangerous on occassions so I would recommend parking at Kinnitty Castle or GAA ground.
