Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you with a heart burdened by negative and destructive thoughts. You are the God of all truth and goodness, and I seek your help in overcoming these harmful thoughts that threaten to overpower me.

Lord, your word tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ, and I ask for your strength and guidance in doing so. Help me to recognize negative thoughts as they arise and to replace them with thoughts that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable.

I confess that I have allowed these bad thoughts to take root in my mind, Lord. I ask for your forgiveness for the times when I have entertained negativity, doubt, and fear. Renew my mind, Lord, and fill it with your peace, joy, and truth.

I surrender all my negative thoughts and emotions into your hands, Lord. Replace them with a spirit of positivity, faith, and hope. Help me to dwell on your promises and to trust in your goodness, even in the midst of trials and challenges.

I pray for your protection against the attacks of the enemy, Lord. Shield me from his lies and deception, and grant me discernment to recognize his schemes. Surround me with your angels and cover me with your wings of protection.

Lord, I ask for your Holy Spirit to dwell within me and to renew my mind day by day. Help me to focus on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable, and to let go of thoughts that are negative, harmful, and destructive.

I thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and provision in my life. Thank you for your promise to renew our minds and transform us by the renewing of our minds. Help me to walk in faith and obedience, trusting in your unfailing love, and believing that you are able to overcome all evil with your goodness.
