Supercool Pedals The (Golden) Thneed - Saturating My 5 Favorite Synth Apps

Welcome to Saturation Morning Cartoons. Grab your remote, grab that phone. Today I’m feeling a bit lazy, to be completely honest. I think I’ll just watch cartoons and play on my phone. I’m gonna be using the Supercool Pedals The Thneed (a one of a kind golden Thneed) to saturate my 5 favorite synth apps.

The Thneed is an incredible reimagining of ‘the’ mythical transparent overdrive. This half-man/half-horse of a pedal has so many added features and adjustments that it becomes a true Swiss Army knife overdrive on your pedalboard. Get clean boost, classic overdrive, or searing distortion. The Thneed does it all and sounds amazing doing it.

Synth apps are a blast and adding overdrive just makes them better! I’m using my 5 favorite apps I have on my iPhone. Gradient, Animoog Z, Poly 2, Synth One, and Bloom are all incredible in their own way. Check out what the Thneed does paired with each app. I’ll be using each of the Thneeds possible clipping options with the apps, 5 total options each with their own unique voicing.
